Synopsis
When Sir Charles Baskerville is found mysteriously dead upon the bleak Devonshire moors with an expression of sheer terror frozen on his face, whispers of an ancient family curse resurface. Local folklore speaks of a spectral hound that has haunted the Baskerville lineage for generations, leaving violent death in its wake. Fearing for the safety of the young heir, Sir Henry Baskerville, who has arrived to claim his ancestral estate, Dr. James Mortimer seeks the aid of the legendary detective Sherlock Holmes and his steadfast companion, Dr. John Watson. As chilling howls echo through the fog-shrouded mire and shadows gather around Baskerville Hall, Holmes and Watson must separate insidious human cunning from demonic myth. Steeped in gothic dread and relentless suspense, the investigation becomes a high-stakes duel between cold scientific deduction and a nightmare lurking in the dark.
